If You Use Gmail…

To make sure Gmail never filters my emails to your spam folder, just is mark the conversation as important.

In the upper right hand corner of the email, click the drop down arrow and select “Add Sarah Reed to contacts list” from the menu.

To make sure Outlook never filters my emails to your spam folder, take the following steps:

Select the message of the sender you wish to Whitelist.
Right click on the email and select Junk > Never Block Sender from the drop down menu.
Accept the dialog box notifying you that the selected address has been added to your safe senders list.
