INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (240ml) almond milk
- ½ cup (125g) Greek yogurt (or plant-based)
- 1 cup (160g) frozen mango
- ½ avocado
- ½ banana
- 1 inch(2.5cm) fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric

directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
