Transformational comedy. It’s brilliant. If you’re laughing, it’s pretty damn hard to get cranky.
My heart is the part of me that knows everything is going to be all right and has all the answers. This part of me is compassionate, honest, and excited to express myself in totally original and authentic ways twenty-four hours a day. It’s always there waiting for me to access it. It knows that I’m always supported and is connected to a perspective that knows no matter what, I am loved.

I read this on my Kindle, and I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope he narrates his own audio book. I’ve watched his full-length video, “The Limitation Game” as well as several other videos from his Evolving Out Loud events. Kyle Cease reading his own book would be just ideal.
He punctuates simple exercises with hilarious personal stories. The work is super tangible. I actually laughed out loud several times while I was reading this book.
But here’s the bottom line: he has created a few metaphors that really simplify the concept: you are love. That’s it. And that’s all it needs to be.
